We are calling ALL monsters to come out of the shadows to claim their title! The workouts are tough and the prizes are SWEET. Grab a partner and get ready for Battle. You do not want to miss this.
This division is for athletes who complete all open workouts as fundamentals or scaled. They are a beginner or new athlete to competitions and can perform all basic CrossFit movements. This athlete can complete three to four workouts within one day. Scaled athletes have minimum to no mobility limitations and can run, row, ski, and bike without injury. They should also be able to do the following:
