Program Structure:
• 9-week camp (June 2 – July 30)
• 3:00-4:15 Tuesdays & Thursdays
• 2 days/week (expandable to 3 if demand hits 30+)
• 2 certified coaches every class
• Class capped at 20

Strength & Conditioning Camp
AGES 10-14

Who This Is For:
Younger kids learning how to move, listen, and build confidence
Perfect for beginners or early-stage athletes

Pricing:
• Early Bird: $179 (save $30 — deadline-based)
• Standard: $209
• Sibling Add-On: $149

Program Structure:
• 9-week session (June 1 – July 30)
• 8:30 Mondays & Wednesdays
• 1-hour classes (18 total)
• Smaller class sizes
• 1 coach per class
