Our FREE 3-Step Intro Process: 

Step 1: The Consultation The foundation of our 1:1 training starts with understanding you. During our consultation, we take a deep dive into your health history, past injuries, limitations, and your daily lifestyle. This is where we gather critical information that allows us to create a program that works for your body, not against it. We look at everything, from previous injuries to how much time you spend sitting at a desk, how much sleep you get, and more so we can craft a plan that suits your needs specifically.

Step 2: The Movement Screen Once we know your story, we move into a movement screen. This step is all about measuring your range of motion in key positions like the squat, deadlift, and overhead movements. It’s not just about seeing what you can do, but about finding any limitations you may not even be aware of. These assessments allow us to develop those positions you need to work on, keeping you safe and effective in the gym. The goal is always to improve your movement patterns, whether by developing the mobility you currently lack or strengthening the range of motion you already have.

Step 3: Strength Balance Assessment Our final step in the process is the strength balance assessment. This is where we test for strength imbalances, from left to right and top to bottom. We look at things like: Can your left arm press as much as your right? Is one leg doing more work than the other during squats? These imbalances, if left unchecked, can lead to injury. By identifying and addressing these issues early, we help you prevent future problems while optimizing your overall strength and performance.
