About us: 


CrossFit SDA didn’t start as a large, polished gym—it started with a small group of people working out in a garage with one common goal: to get fit and be healthy. For owners Sam and Logan Jenkins- what started in “some dude’s” garage 12 years ago has grown into a community of hard-working people that give purpose to us every single day. 

It started with a vision to help people and grew into a passion for changing people’s lives.


The Vision: 

The trend of the fitness world was headed for a scary future. If you had back pain, you went to the doctor and were prescribed pain meds only to have to take those forever on end because they didn’t RESOLVE anything, they just covered up the pain temporarily. Our goal was to get down to the root issue of people’s pain and SOLVE it, avoiding pain meds, hospital bills and living a life of being sedentary and accepting “this is how it is”.


The education poured into the staff at SDA showcases a fool proof 3 step process to deep diving into people’s weaknesses, limitations and imbalances- which typically is the underlying cause of their pain (in most cases). Through continued education and years of practice, we’ve helped over 100 people get out of pain in the few short years we’ve been open.

As a young married couple- this is the future we want to cultivate for our future family and those around us. Movement is medicine and health is wealth. 


Between Logan’s over a decade of experience and Sam’s psychology degree, SDA helps people in all things holistic health. We don’t just help you back squat.. We help you recognize and lean into your true potential as a human and guide you toward that with better habits and mindset.
