What to Expect

We begin with a one-on-one consultation to assess your needs and goals. From there, your coach designs a program tailored specifically for you, including custom workouts and accessory movements. You’ll have regular check-ins with your coach to monitor progress and adjust your plan as needed.

The trainers at SDA are extremely knowledgeable, taking the time to thoroughly evaluate each newcomer’s health and fitness level during the introductory phase.
