On-Ramp sessions are catered to individuals with recent fitness exposure, are familiar with most movements and weightlifting, but need some coaching on technical CrossFit movements and lingo. These one on one sessions are usually in the range of 3-6 times before a coach introduces you to class independently to ensure you are confident and safe when jumping in!
In each session, a coach will teach and demonstrate the foundational movements we use in CrossFit, as well as review your range of motion and various scales to get you moving safely. Following the instruction portion of the class, you will participate in a CrossFit-style workout. We guarantee you will get sweaty and you will have fun.
Once you are competent in the movements we use daily in CrossFit you may graduate to our regular CrossFit classes and get the full CrossFit experience!
All of our CrossFit Classes are coach-led and follow a planned progression roughly 60 minutes in duration and follow this basic structure: an instructor led warm up, followed by strength or lifting technique and finally a breakdown of the workout for cardio. Our professionals guide and critique your movement through the full hour to ensure you stay safe and confident.
