Coaches shouting your name excitedly before you even get through the door, peers and staff texting to check when you miss more than a day or two, and class pushing you to finish no matter where they’re at in their own workout- these are all norms you can expect at CrossFit SDA

At SDA, we are proud to have a team of highly educated and professional coaches who are passionate about helping you move better and stay safe. Our coaches don’t just teach you how to work out—they focus on developing good movement mechanics and ensuring that you are moving safely through every exercise. With their deep commitment to education and safety, our coaches help prevent injuries and guide you toward long-term fitness success. They take the time to make sure that you understand the importance of proper form, full range of motion, and progressing at a pace that supports your goals.
